Below is the link for the FY 2024-2025 Burke NC Pre-K Application. Please note: It is subject to change. Completed applications will be accepted beginning April 1, 2024.

FY 24-25 Burke Universal NC Pre-K Application (Spanish)

Please fill out the above application and submit the application, a copy of the birth certificate, and proof of income to the NC Pre-K site that you would like for your child to attend.

 

Health Forms

The Kindergarten Health Assessment must be completed by a physician and submitted to the NC Pre-K Office. This form must be completed within 30 days from the beginning of the FY 2022-2023 school year if it is not submitted with the application.
