is Smart Start?
Burke County Smart Start, Inc. is seeking proposals from agencies
interested in providing services that contribute to the well-being
and optimal development of young children and their families in
Burke County for the fiscal years beginning July 1, 2012 through
June 30, 2014.
Burke County Smart Start, Inc. has
open for bid the following early childhood activities for the 0-5
years old population:

may pick-up a bid package at the
Partnership office located at 304 West Union before January 31,
2012. All completed bid packages must be
received at the Smart Start office by 5:00 p.m. on February 13,
